In accordance with European guidelines the long loved frosted lightbulb will be banned from September 2009. In response German lighting designer, Ingo Maurer has come up with a bright idea. The Euro Condom consists of a thin heat-resistant cover that turns a clear bulb into a frosted one, providing protection from the realities of harsh lighting.
