Launched earlier this year in Milan, Roberto Lazzeroni's Pedro chair celebrates the beauty of imperfection as part of the overall Open Air collection for Baxter. As part of a new family of in/out chairs, it has a strong visual impact that recalls the organicism of pure Brazilian inspiration found in the likes of architecture by Oscar Niemeyer and designs by Sergio Rodriquez. With a high back, and made from materials that are already worn and oxidised, it's designed to age gracefully and improve with time; much like the rest of Baxter's pieces.
Baxter is available locally from here.
