B&B Italia presented a couple of new designs in Milan during design week and among them was the Husk chair by the ever prolific Patricia Urquiola. We preferred Husk without the head rest (pictured above) as it presented a more refined aesthetic. The padded seat cover can be removed and interchanged. Urquiola's overall objective was to create a chair that is both comfortable, unique and able to complement the most classic of sofas. Due to Husk's ability to interchange covers, along with the variety of fabrics it's available in (including different leathers) and a base comprised of either plastic, natural oak or lacquered wood, it's a versatile chair, that we can also testify is comfortable to sit on.
