The NoteSlate Digital Pad

The NoteSlate eSketcher has taken a bold cue from past simplicities - pen on paper. With pen and paper being the main tools of writers and artists of the past; surpassed in many cases with computers and technology, the NoteSlate hopes to combine the two - giving the user the ability to write, draw and doodle on a screen. The advantages of the NoteSlate verses a regular book or piece of paper, is the users' ability to transfer their work via a USB connection to a computer. It also has a solar panel tucked onto the rear of the device, enabling the user to go completely grid-free. It's the excellent price that draws us towards this gadget - at $99, it's the poor man's toned-down version of an iPad, but with a nice traditional feel.
