The 1'' collection of lamps by Tel Aviv designer Aviad Petel explores new ways to interpret forms and qualities of wood veneer. Made from wide natural veneer, each piece is carefully woven and stitched between slots of metal creating a sense of organic texture. They remind us of the original slinky toy designed in the 40s and perhaps it's for this reason that the lights have a real sense of movement to them.
