When we arrived at the Tom Dixon presentation this afternoon, it looked a little as though they were still setting up. I was put straight by the man himself however, that the people wearing factory overalls where in fact hard at work putting together light shades as part of a new flat pack initiative launching tomorrow. The shades in bronze steel require a bit of man power to bend into the right shape, but look fantastic once complete. And as usual with Mr Dixon's lighting, they look excellent as a ceiling cluster.  The light shades will go on sale in Milan tomorrow - and at a mere 100 Euro each, I am sure they won't last long.
