In an homage to Jean Prouvé, Vitra has collaborated with Dutch jeans manufacturer G-Star Raw, to reinterpret classic pieces the company is renown for. The development department of both companies spent two years reinterpreting designs from the designer who died in 1984. Without distorting the original designs too much, instead the focus is on new materials, colours and fabrics - which gives new life to these beautiful existing pieces.

The objects in the Prouvé RAW collection can be viewed daily at 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. at the Fire Station by Zaha Hadid on the Vitra Campus in Weil, as part of a guided architecture tour in English.
